Web-Based Remote Support
This service allows a connection from Film & Vinyl Designs remote support personnel to your PC. The software is provided by the LogMeIn, Inc and based on the remote web-connection directly to the user’s desktop. You can download and install the software and use it on a regular basis or download and run the executable file without installation. The application will ask you to fill out the details for your Comapany and then send the request for the remote support to the Film & Vinyl Designs technician. This service is available on Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. Other hours available on appointment. Call and confirm your request before connecting: 817-354-9200.
